  • Set up a BAA between Scanning Sherpas and your office.
  • Receive a Scanning Sherpas portal login and demo.

  • Scanning Sherpas immediately adds any current chart audit retrieval requests to our system and begins communicating with requesters on your behalf.
  • The requesters are instantly notified that Scanning Sherpas will be assisting your office with their requested chart audits moving forward.
  • We meet with requesters often to confirm chart audit requests and their statuses so you don’t have to. They love not having to pester your office as well. Win! Win! Win!
  • Requesters begin to send your chart audit requests directly to Scanning Sherpas and ask us for updates along the way.
  • We send you real-time notifications every time a new chart audit is received within our system, and provide you with courtesy progress updates every step of the way. You receive courtesy updates, from confirmation by the requester that the audit is still required, to the completion of the retrieval… and everything in between.
  • We provide you with a powerful portal for anytime access to your current and past chart audits.
  • Scanning Sherpas provides you with an easy to use tool to send us new chart audits should you receive a request we have not yet received. This takes just seconds without sending any PHI.
  • Our team looks for opportunities to consolidate chart review visits across multiple requesters before reaching out to your office for an onsite, remote or automated retrieval appointment.
  • Upon completion of the audit, we will send you a courtesy email providing you with a link to view the results of the retrieval.
